I grew up in Australia, but my real home has always been language. Language has always been more to me than grammar and vocabulary. It’s about connection, confidence, and making sure your message really lands. Since 1991, I have been working independently in Germany as an English trainer and Learning & Development facilitator. What drives me is listening, understanding who you are, what you need to say and where you want to go.
So to become an English teacher was more than natural for me.
Since 1991, I have been working independently in Germany as an English trainer and Learning & Development facilitator. What drives me is listening, understanding who you are, what you need to say and where you want to go. My purpose as an English trainer is to help build connections across languages, thus creating new opportunities and fostering personal and professional growth.
Understanding systems and, in particular, people in an international environment is extremely interesting to me and a never-ending source of learning.
My work combines language training with performance coaching and Cultural Intelligence - because real impact happens when words, presence and cultural awareness come together.
Our sessions focus on clear communication, confident performance and effective collaboration in international environments.

Effective communication in English is about much more than choosing the right words. It’s about clarity, confidence and presence - especially in demanding professional situations.
As an experienced English language trainer, I work with executives, managers and international teams to develop practical, usable English for everyday business and high-stakes moments alike. My training focuses on real communication: meetings, presentations, negotiations, feedback conversations and informal exchanges where relationships are built.
Sessions are highly practice-oriented and tailored to your specific professional context. We work on structure, precision and tone, but also on delivery - how you sound, how you come across and how confident you feel when you speak. Many clients discover that improving their English also improves their overall communication skills.
I support learners in one-to-one coaching as well as in group settings, always with a clear focus on relevance and immediate transfer into daily work. The goal is not perfection, but impact: expressing yourself clearly, convincingly and authentically in English even under pressure.

CQ® certified Cultural Intelligence Trainer | Cultural Intelligence Trainer
In international environments, misunderstandings rarely arise from language alone. They come from different expectations, communication styles, decision-making processes and leadership cultures. As a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer, I help professionals understand and navigate these differences with confidence. CQ is not only about learning cultural rules or avoiding mistakes - it’s about developing the ability to adapt effectively to different cultural contexts whilst staying authentic.
My training supports leaders and teams working across borders, cultures and organizational environments. Together, we explore how culture influences communication, collaboration, feedback, conflict and leadership. Participants learn to recognize their own cultural patterns, interpret others more accurately and choose responses that build trust and effectiveness. The focus is practical and reflective: real cases, real challenges and immediately applicable strategies. Cultural Intelligence strengthens collaboration, reduces friction and enables more successful international cooperation.
